Payments are non-refundable

Once a payment has been made, it is fully non-refundable.

Rescheduling is permitted only up to 48 hours before the booking date. All rescheduling is subject to availability.

Once payment has been received, a confirmation notice will be sent to you by email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
