Back to homeBooking requests
How does booking work?
You send a booking request with your vehicle, date, time, pickup point and plans. Nothing is reserved or charged instantly. Our team reviews availability and gets back to you to confirm the details.
How far in advance should I send a request?
Sending your request a few days ahead is a good idea. For weddings, weekends, proms and busy seasons, ask earlier so you have a better chance of getting your preferred limousine. Availability is confirmed by our team.
Can I request a limousine at short notice?
Yes, you can send a request at any time. Short-notice availability depends on the vehicle and the date, so our team will let you know what can be arranged.
Can I book by the hour or for a full day?
Yes. Limousines are booked by the hour, and you choose how many hours you need. Longer bookings work well for multi-stop days such as meetings, shopping or a night tour.
Can I plan my own route and stops?
Yes. Tell us your stops and timings in your request, and our team will confirm the route and hours with you.
Pricing and fees
How much does a limousine cost?
Each limousine has a starting hourly rate shown on our fleet page. The final amount depends on the vehicle, the number of hours and any extras, and our team confirms it after reviewing your request.
Is there an extra charge for airport transfers?
Yes. A VIP airport parking charge of AED 240 applies to airport transfers.
Is there a fee for travel to other emirates?
Yes. A cross-border fee applies to trips to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman and other UAE emirates, and it depends on the destination. It is not included in the online estimate. Our team confirms the fee after receiving your request with your pickup and drop-off locations.
What if my trip runs longer than booked?
Extra time may be charged. If you think you may need more time, mention it in your request or speak to our team so the hours can be confirmed in advance.
Can I add decorations for a celebration?
Yes. A decoration package is available for AED 499, with themes such as Just Married, Happy Birthday, Graduation or Congratulations. It includes a cake, balloons, banners, confetti and flower petals.
Payments and changes
Can I get a refund?
Once a payment has been made, it is fully non-refundable.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Rescheduling is permitted only up to 48 hours before the booking date. All rescheduling is subject to availability.
When will I receive payment confirmation?
Once payment has been received, a confirmation notice will be sent to you by email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
Chauffeurs and the ride
Is a chauffeur included?
Yes. Every limousine is chauffeur-driven by a professional chauffeur.
Are the vehicles licensed and insured?

How do I choose the right limousine for my group?

Can I bring food and drinks?
Please ask our team in advance what is allowed inside the vehicle.
Is there a dress code or tipping rule?
